▷ 2 & 2 Technique, you must to be 2 times down and 2 times up

▷▷4 & 4 Technique you must to be 4 times down and 4 times up

▷▷▷ 2 & 1 Technique you must to keep 2 times down and 1 time up very fast

▷▷▷▷ SIDE other SIDE Technique, you must to move your CORE body to the left and the right when you are up.

▷▷▷▷▷Pushup & Movements You must to do a push up when you are up at the rhythm of the music, for example 4 push ups and then move your body

▷▷▷▷▷▷ Bloqueo = «BLocks» Move a little your body pressing your gluts ▷▷▷▷▷▷▷ UP, Down, BLock = 4 times up, 4 times down and 4 times down blocking the gluts

▷▷▷▷▷▷▷▷ Sitting Plain means ride at 110-130 RPM max. ▷▷▷▷▷▷▷▷▷ Recover means recover, take a little ship etc.
